After 3 years of non use and constant problems, Crown FM is proud to announce that after over two years of dogged determination and a tireless pursuit of the ultimate goal we have finally and successfully secured, in partnership with the Owners Association, the long over due access for owners to their apartments and full use of the utilities water and electricity, all previously denied them by unlawful means.

As a result of this significant achievement Crown FM are proud to be appointed by the owners and the owners association as the incumbent Facilities Management company looking after and tending to all the complexes demanding management and maintenance needs and insuring an appropriate, safe and welcoming environment is always available for the owners to enjoy 365days 24hours 7days a week.

Today 1st August 2011 we officially took over the St Johns Park complex and all its PPM and RM requirements and as daunting as they might seem, we as a business are excited at both the challenge and the opportunity it presents and want to set and raise the bench mark in FM and property services in Bansko.

Via this Blog primarily set up for the owners our partners in this venture/journey but also there for everyone to get involved with, we will track the progress of our works and endeavours to take this development with its fabulous and unique Architecture, stunning location and potentially second to non facilities, from a dead white elephant to a proper 5 star resort and the envy of the balkans.
